Terms and Conditions:
The organisers reserve the right to refuse to accept registration forms. Cancellations confirmed by email to peve@screendigest.com by 16 March 2008 will be refunded, minus an administration charge of £75.00 plus VAT. No refund can be made after that date for whatever reason, although substitutions will be accepted if notified by email to peve@screendigest.com before the event. Bookings made after 16 March 2008 are non-refundable. Payment must be received before the conference, please contact Screen Digest. We cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of conference information. For cancellations or substitutions, please email peve@screendigest.com

VAT:
1. Delegates who provide a valid French VAT number will be invoiced without VAT
2. All other delegates will be invoiced for French VAT at 19.6%
3. To reclaim the French VAT on your invoice, download the two PDF documents below and follow the instructions
